Image Artwork will endeavour to make each customer totally satisfied with their purchase. However, we understand that this is not always possible.

Our returns policy is therefore simple! If you are not satisfied with your order because you feel the workmanship is poor, the quality of goods are not acceptable or have been damaged in transit, then you can return your order to us within 14 days for either a replacement or a full refund.

The 14-day guarantee however, does not apply to a change in the design style chosen which you the consumer, have accepted in agreement at the proofing stage. (This only applies to design style artwork)

This policy is based on the fact that Image Artwork will have taken considerable time and effort in tailoring your artwork to your exact specification and as a result, the goods will not be reusable for any other purpose.
